Join the Eleiko Powerlifting Level 1 Live Course
The 2-day live course will equip attendees with the knowledge and practical skills to screen your clients, guide them by using the Eleiko Coaching System and learn ways of programming for the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Attendees will learn to apply proper mechanics, positioning, and tension to enhance performance and safety. The course also covers identifying compensations, implementing corrections, and selecting appropriate progressions or regressions. By the end, attendees will be able to confidently integrate the power lifts into any training program and effectively coach others through the entire process.
Your course will be lead by approved Eleiko Educators. The course is designed to up-skill fitness and performance professionals in technique, programming and coaching for powerlifting.
